Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use this website and the Secure Clean Premium service, why we handle it and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
The controller of personal data described in this policy is AREK KWIATY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, a company registered in Poland ("we", "us"). We operate this website and sell access to Secure Clean Premium.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers visitors of the website, people who contact us and customers who buy a Premium plan. It does not cover third-party websites that you may reach through links.
3. Data we collect from you
We collect only what is needed to run the website and the subscription:
- email address you enter at checkout, in the sign-in form or in the contact form
- the plan you choose and the date of purchase
- messages you send to our support team
- technical data such as browser type, device type and approximate region, collected through standard server logs
4. Photos and contacts on your device
Secure Clean analyses photos and contacts directly on your iPhone. The content of your photos and contacts is processed locally and is not uploaded to our servers. We do not receive, store or view your pictures, videos or address book.
5. Why we use personal data
We use personal data to create and manage your account, send your access details, process payments through our payment partner, answer support requests, keep the website secure and meet legal and accounting duties.
6. Legal grounds
Under the GDPR we rely on performance of a contract (providing the service you ordered), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the website), legal obligations (tax and accounting records) and, where required, your consent (for example optional cookies).
7. Payments
Online payment is not open on this website yet. When it opens, payments will be handled by an external payment provider and this policy will be updated first. We will not see or store your full card number.
8. Who receives your data
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the service, such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting and customer support tools. They may act only on our instructions and must protect the data. We do not sell personal data.
9. International transfers
If a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we make sure that a lawful transfer mechanism is in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
10. How long we keep data
Account and subscription data is kept while your account is active and for the period needed to handle disputes and meet legal duties, in most cases up to six years for accounting records. Support messages are kept for up to two years after the last contact.
11. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to receive a copy of it, to object to certain processing and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO) or another supervisory authority.
12. Cookies
The website uses a small number of cookies and similar storage. Details are in our Cookie Policy, available from the footer of every page.
13. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect personal data. No online service can be perfectly secure, so we ask you to keep your account password private.
14. Children
The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
