Subscription Terms
These terms explain the Premium plans, how billing and renewal work and how to cancel. Please read them before you start a plan.
1. Plans
Secure Clean Premium is available as a 3-day trial for $4.99, a weekly plan for $10.99 per week and a monthly plan for $44.99 per month. Prices are in US dollars.
2. The 3-day trial
The trial gives you 3 days of Premium access for $4.99. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan continues automatically at $44.99 per month.
3. Automatic renewal
All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. By starting a plan you authorise these recurring charges.
4. Billing date
Your first billing period starts when you complete checkout. Renewals are charged on the same day of each period, or on the nearest business day.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your customer account. If you have trouble cancelling, email us and we will cancel for you. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
6. What happens after cancelling
You keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account returns to the free features.
7. Price changes
If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. You may cancel before the new price starts.
8. Payment methods
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You must keep your payment details up to date. If a payment fails we may try again and may pause Premium access until payment succeeds.
9. Taxes
The price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes, where we are required to collect them.
10. Changing plans
To move to a different plan, cancel your current plan and start the new one, or ask us to switch it for you. We will explain any difference in price before the change.
11. Account access
After you subscribe, we email the password for your personal account. Use your account details to sign in and access Secure Clean Premium.
12. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Reminders
We may send reminders about upcoming renewals and trial endings. A missed reminder does not remove your duty to cancel in time.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
