Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website and of the Secure Clean Premium service. Please read them before you buy.
1. Agreement
By using the website or buying Premium you agree to these Terms of Use, the Subscription Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The provider
The service is provided by AREK KWIATY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, a company registered in Poland.
3. The service
Secure Clean is an iPhone utility that helps you review photos, contacts and storage. Core tools can be used free of charge. Advanced tools are available with a paid Premium plan that you buy on this website.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract to buy Premium. Younger users need the consent of a parent or guardian.
5. Your account
After purchase we email you the details of your personal account. You are responsible for keeping them private and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Plans and prices
Plans, prices and billing periods are shown on the pricing section of the website and at checkout before you pay. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to collect.
7. Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, as explained in the Subscription Terms. You can cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, share your account with others, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Your content
Your photos and contacts stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for reviewing items before you delete or change them. We recommend keeping a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.
10. Intellectual property
The Secure Clean name, app, website and related materials belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service and nothing more.
11. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update, change or pause features, for example for maintenance or to meet legal requirements.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". Estimates of storage savings are indications only and actual results depend on your device and content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Unused paid time may be refunded as set out in the Refund Policy.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where they live, and may bring claims before the courts of that country.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
